RCKT was founded in 2010 by April Beasley. April’s career began at global agencies including McCann Erickson, The Richards Group, and Publicis Groupe, where she led marketing and campaign strategy for brands such as Verizon Business, Toshiba, Texas Instruments, Wyndham Hotels, and TGI Fridays. Those experiences instilled the discipline, creative structure, and data-driven storytelling that define RCKT’s approach today.
April has partnered with more than 100 startups to build scalable growth engines—from seed stage to exit. She’s worked with two companies through successful acquisitions by Cisco and Sun Microsystems, co-founded a SaaS startup recognized by MassChallenge’s 2018 Accelerator Cohort, and 3.5×’d ARR for a Y Combinator B2B SaaS platform while tripling lead generation and quadrupling organic traffic.
